Tuesday Turnaround: Muffin Tin, Quick Dinner

Tuesday Turnaround: From turning something old into something "new" to turning your thinking around, you can save yourself some $money$ either way.

I'm sure you have been in a "lazy" mood at times when it comes time to fix dinner for the kids. Maybe your spouse is out of town and you don't want to "cook" but the kids have to eat SOMETHING. Or the kids don't like what you are fixing for yourself.

Well, here is a quick, EASY, and FUN way to feed the kids and clean up is quick and easy, too:

Muffin Tin Meal:
It's easy and fun!
You use a 6-spot muffin tin per child.
Pull out a favorite snack (goldfish crackers, chips, graham crackers, etc.)
A few slices of lunch meat and cheese,
Some grapes and/or ready to serve baby carrots would be nice.
Add a few cookies and/or fruit snacks and you're ready to begin.
Put a muffin liner in each spot on the muffin trays (the kids can help with this part).
Fill each liner with a different item.
Serve on a towel on the floor for an indoor picnic or take them outside.

Pop a straw into a juice box and enjoy!!

Thank you to my friend Stacey who does this with her kids and posted it on Facebook a few times! ;o)
